By submitting this order, I understand that:
*The food is made by Zesty Delight in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a Local Health Department.
*Meals and products are based on pre-orders and prepared as a service to the consumer.
*Meals and/or products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, meat and/or poultry.
*Zesty Delight tries to keep the food in a safe state for human consumption.
*Orders that are not picked up within 1 hour and 30 minutes after they are ready, will be kept in refrigeration.
*Zesty Delight does not take responsibility and will not be held liable for any harm and/or allergies caused in any way by your purchase.

*Purchases are non refundable.
*Purchase refund will be provided to returned meals or products only in the event that it's recalled by Zesty Delight.
*Slight changes to the menu may occur without previous notice
*Ready status will be posted on the Group Chat.
